For those taking part in the suggested exercises, this forum is an opportunity to post your answers, should you choose to do so, under your username (or other unrecognized pseudonym, so's to protect identity and perhaps modesty.)
By posting your answers to the exercises, we can work towards our goals as a team, supporting each other, and even shifting emphasis of the program itself to where is appears to be needed most.
(ie. if everyone is suffering from problems speaking to new people, I'll be sure to devote more time every show to that topic.)

I figure the only way others are going to get involved is if someone else starts. I'm trying to make it clear here, that I'm no expert; I'm just heavily interested in the subjects at hand, and will try to act as a knowledgeable host, as well as an active participant.
Ep.01 "Inner Game Playbook" a. One or two sentences describing how you believe other people currently perceive you. -- An unreliable, arrogant flirt, and partially self-absorbed guy who thinks he's funny, optimistic, and occasionally charming. Spends too much time on his hair, and might even be gay.
b. One or two sentences describing how you'd ideally like to be perceived by others. -- A confident, stylish and charming male, who's reliable and funny, yet sincere when you least expect it. Fun, optimistic, and easily approachable.
c. Three of your behaviors or characteristics that you would like to get rid of. -- 1) Tardiness. 2) Shyness in dealing with adults/figures of power. 3) Second guessing myself.
d. Three new behaviors or characteristics that you would like to adapt. -- 1) Reliability. 2) Self-confidence. 3) Approachability.
Let it all hang out there, folks.
